Refund Policy

Returns/Exchanges


Generally speaking, we can accept returns for either a damaged item or an in-stock inventory item within 30 days of you receiving your order. An in-stock inventory item does not have the words "pre-order" in it's title.

If you receive your product damaged, please email orders@arteryink.com with a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours and we will work to replace or refund the item.

If for any other reason you want to return your item, please email orders@arteryink.com and we will provide you with return options or a refund. Once we receive the returned item we will issue the refund or ship your replacement.

We cannot provide returns on any pre-order items as these items are made to order.

We cannot provide returns or exchanges on sale items.

 

Refunds or Order Cancellations

 

If you would like a refund or to cancel your order please email us at orders@arteryink.com with your order number as the subject line. Please let us know the reason you'd like a refund or to cancel so we can best assist you.

Once a refund has been sent through our website, you will receive an email notification. Your money should be refunded in 5-10 business days.

We can provide refunds on pre-orders if you cancel your order before the pre-order ends - check our website listing for specific dates. We cannot provide refunds after the pre-order sale has closed.
